Types of Payment:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check domestically.  Shipments paid by personal check are held until  your check clears the bank (10 days) otherwise stock items ship within one business day after receipt of payment.  Most orders received by 12:00 PM go out the same day.
 
Shipping Charge:   There is an additional charge for shipping.  The shipping charge will be calculated and added to the total purchase at checkout (U.S. and Puerto Rico shipments only).  International shipments, please email us for quote.  Please include your complete mailing address.

Order By Mail:  Cashier's check, money order or personal check should be made payable to:  Trinkets to Treasures.  Mail your order to:  Susan Evers, Trinkets to Treasures, 4205 Onyx Ct., Valparaiso, IN 46385.

Indiana Sales Tax:  Indiana residents (only):  6.0% sales tax applies and must be included with your payment.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, click here and let us know.  Returns must be received back within 10 days in the same condition as shipped.  (Shipping damage claims should be filed with the delivering service or post office). Credit will be issued or replacement made (your option) within two business days after we receive the item back from you.

Inventory:  We maintain a complete inventory so items can be shipped quickly.  However, from time to time items may be sold out faster than our site can be maintained.  Should this happen, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Size and Scale:  Here is a simple guide to help you determine the size and scale.  For example - An item that is listed at 1:24 scale means that it is 1/24th the actual size of the item in "real life".   Therefore, the smaller the number in the fraction, the larger the item.
